Welcome to Qatta. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using or creating an account in Qatta, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Qatta is an app for tracking and splitting group trip expenses among friends, with features for:
- Creating group trips
- Recording and splitting expenses
- Balance settlements
- Exporting reports
3. Account
- You must be 13 years or older to use the app
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- Do not share your account with anyone
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Paid Subscription (Qatta Pro)
- Price: 11.99 SAR / year
- Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled 24 hours before period end
- Cancellation: Via Apple ID / Google Play settings
- Benefits: Unlimited trips + PDF/Excel reports + priority support
- Tax: Included in price
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted:
- ✅ Personal or family use
- ✅ Inviting friends to trips
- ✅ Exporting your data
Not permitted:
- ❌ Use for fraudulent purposes
- ❌ Hacking or unauthorized access attempts
- ❌ Copying or reselling the service
- ❌ Uploading illegal or offensive content
- ❌ Money laundering
6. Content Ownership
- Your data (expenses, trips) = yours, you can delete or export
- The app itself (UI, logo, code) = ours, protected by copyright
7. Limitation of Liability
Qatta is a tool to help calculate expenses, but:
- We're not liable for calculation accuracy (you must verify)
- We're not liable for financial disputes between members
- We do not provide banking or actual money transfer services
8. Data Loss
We do daily backups, but we recommend exporting important reports. We're not liable for data loss due to:
- You deleting your account
- Technical failure outside our control
- Security breach (despite our best protections)
9. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Terminate your account if you breach these terms
- Discontinue the service with 30-day prior notice
- Update or remove features
You can delete your account anytime from app settings.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Saudi Arabian laws. Disputes resolved in Riyadh courts.
